Buzz-Off is from the Masters of the Universe Modern Series released in 2003. He comes mint on sealed card, never removed or played with. The card is in excellent condition with a slight crease and bending at one of the bottom corners and slight edge wear. The bubble is also in good shape with a few light scuffs and surface scratches.
