Vintage 1991 90s Nintendo SNES Super Famicom Sim City Cartridge Video Game Boxed Japan Retro

Sim City is a great vintage Video Game. The Cartridge is in good/fair condition considering its age with some yellowing/discolouration/marks on the back and some light surface scuffs to the label, as shown. 

The outer box is present and also in good/fair condition with slight crushing, some corner/edge wear, creases and scuffs/marks. Please note that this Game is the Japan Version which was for sale and use in Japan only.
 
The plastic inner tray shows wear with cracks/pieces missing, a tint of yellow and dings. The Instruction Manual is in good shape with some creasing. 

The front label on the Cartridge is printed with '1991 Nintendo', '1989 Maxis' and 'SHVC-SC'. The label is printed in Japanese text and 'Super Famicom Cassette Model No. SHVC-006'. The Cartridge itself is stamped with Pat. Pend. Made In Japan'. The game has been tested on a Retron Console and is fully working. Sim City is a fantastic game to play, displays well and is a must for any Nintendo or retro gaming fan.
